The demand for Italian real estate over the past six months on the part of foreigners is growing

According to the semi-annual report published by a note of statistics agency, the comeback of Germany is felt by winning the first place in the ranking of nationalities from which come the largest number of requests ( 15.16% of total) with a growth rate ( + 119.25 % ) . The United States ( 14.27% ) remained stable in second place like last year and Britain third ( 13.67% ) . The top ten list then sees in France (7.19 % ) , Belgium (6.78 % ) , the Netherlands ( 5.60 % ) , Switzerland ( 4.88% ) , Sweden (4.03 % ) , Canada ( 2.63% )

Israel and the Netherlands increased their demand for real estate in Italy to 202.86 % in the first months of this year and 102.59 % : this may be due to the current geopolitical situation , putting Italy in a competitive advantage with Greece , Turkey and France . It will be the city of Cortona to host the fourteenth stage of the Feast of the Venzone Lavender, the next 10/11/12: perfumes and beauty along the "Lavender Route". The Lavender Route was conceived by Paola Toso, president of the Venzone Lavender, a company of the Friuli Venezia Giulia in the province of Udine. The goal is to involve the area through the Festival of Lavender for a possible land redevelopment through the deployment of lavender and its transformation into products.
